You can not have a top notch dealership without top notch employees. Jay Li and Wifredo Bermudez have gone beyond expectation to make my sale go through. I really appreciate all they have done for me and would recommend them to all my friends.

I've traveled to a lot of places where the English language is non-existent. Quincy is a pretty diverse area and the staff reflects that. It's nice to know that the staff accommodates to the certain demographics in the area. Paul very helpful especially once I bought car with explaining it's features, dealership had a large inventory to chose from, facility is immaculate. Expedited the registration and even left with a full tank of gas. Charles the GM was also very helpful.

I came in for immediate walk-in service due to a nail being in my tire. I didn't make a call or anything and came straight in because I was nervous about my car. I was greeted immediately when I came into the Service Department door and helped by a very knowledgable Service Advisor.

The tire was able to be patched and I was gone within 45 minut

Buying my new Altima from here was a pleasant experience. My salesman's name was Yaw, and he was a calm, comfortable person to work with. The negotiation process was honest and the whole staff was kind to me. If you are actually there to shop for a car, I suggest you ask to deal with Yaw.
